Where do the doves go?
David Denies heartily encourages projects to enrich the lives of local people in need.
A group of local women prepare “escabeche” with dove meat. This is a classic Latin dish which features meat or fish that is pickled and served cold. They are assisted by a recognized local chef who instructs them in the cooking and packaging process.
David Denies supports this project and provides supplies and other required materials.
Our aim is to fully help empower local people, and make them feel that they can help their unprivileged families
Our guests collaborate in this project through shooting and many can enjoy this tasty local “escabeche” made with harvested doves.
