Safety |
At David Denies, we like to think of ourselves as fun people, but when it comes to safety, we are gravely serious. We think safety all day-- every day, in the field, in the vehicles, and in the lodges. From the moment you arrive at one of our destinations, we'll help you manage your firearms, keeping them cased, and always keeping guns out of the living and sleeping areas of the lodges.
But gun safety is ultimately your personal responsibility. Practice safe gun handling at all times, check and recheck that your guns are unloaded, and actions are opened when you are not in the blind or in a specific shooting location. Be especially aware of other shooters, dogs, pick up boys and guides. While we're at it-- wear your seat belts when you are in our vehicles, we'd appreciate it.
